your first class

hot sculpt is 55 minutes of low-impact, high-repetition mat work in an infrared-heated room. no jumping, no running, no choreography to learn. you work on a mat, mostly close to the floor, using your own body weight and light hand and ankle weights.

the heat is infrared rather than forced air, so you are warm from the first minute rather than warming up into it.

the work is slow, controlled and repetitive. it builds strength and endurance without putting impact through your joints.

every class is capped at six people. it is closer to semi-private training than a group class — you are taught, corrected and known by name.

which class to book

hot sculpt fundamentals — 33°C. start here. the essentials, cued clearly, in a gentler room. built for first-timers, and for regulars sharpening the basics.

hot sculpt — 38°C. our signature class. the same method with more progression, less explanation, and more heat.

both are 55 minutes. if you have never trained in a heated room, book fundamentals first — five degrees is a bigger difference than it sounds.

what to wear

trainers, grip socks or barefoot are all welcome. we recommend trainers for stability, and crew socks for comfort under ankle weights.

leggings or shorts and a supportive top. the room is heated with added humidity, so bring less than you think.

what we provide, and what to bring

all equipment is provided: mat, hand weights, ankle weights.

towels are provided, for class and for the shower. the studio has an en-suite bath with full shower amenities.

bring water. there is a filtered tap for refilling your bottle, and cold bottled water for sale.

two things to know: there is one shower, so if you are heading straight back to work, factor that in. and there are no lockers, so bring as little as you can.

finding us

room 3904, 39th floor, The Upper House, Pacific Place, Admiralty.

the lift to the 39th floor does not need a key, and there is no reception check-in. come straight up.

if it is your first class, arrive ten to fifteen minutes before. there is no lobby space, so please don't arrive much earlier than that — but someone will always be there to let you in.

before you book

the door is locked five minutes after class begins. we cannot let anyone in after that — it is a small room, and the heat and the flow both depend on it.

cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are charged in full. manage everything through the Momence app — it is the fastest way to book, reschedule or cancel.

prices

trial sculpt — two classes for HK$500. for new guests, valid 30 days. two classes for the price of one drop-in.

single class HK$500. packs of five, ten and fifteen are on the book page.

private classes — HK$3,050 for up to six guests. a full studio buyout, scheduled outside our regular timetable. email us to arrange one.

a few more things

bringing a friend — every guest needs their own Momence account and signed waiver. packages are individual and non-transferable.

waitlists — if a class is full you will be added to the waitlist, and Momence will notify you if a place opens. notifications go out at least 6 hours before afternoon classes and 12 hours before morning classes. if that window is too short for you, take yourself off the waitlist so you are not enrolled automatically.

credits and extensions — email us. we can often help. if you are waiting on an extension, book a single class in the meantime rather than losing your spot.

if it is your first time

you do not need to be fit, flexible or experienced. every exercise has a lighter option, and the weights are optional — plenty of people do their first few classes without them.

just let us know it is your first class when you arrive, and we will look after the rest.
